Scent Games Ready for more challenging searches? Scent Games takes your dog’s scent work to the next level through creative, constantly changing search games. Dogs are introduced to additional target odours — clove, vetiver and myrrh — while continuing to develop the skills needed for more advanced scent work. Through different games and search challenges, dogs learn greater independence, persistence, problem-solving and confidence. Handlers continue developing their ability to read their dog and make good decisions during a search. Classes may take place indoors or outdoors, and the searches are different each time. For teams interested in competition, Scent Games helps build the advanced skills needed to prepare for full Scent Trials. For everyone else, it’s simply an incredibly fun way to challenge your dog’s brain and enjoy what their nose was made to do. This is an ongoing, repeatable course. There is no need to “finish” Scent Games — each session brings new searches, new challenges and another opportunity to become a stronger scent team. Prerequisites- Completing scent foundations preferably in a Trial setting
